Bus: The Mass Transportation Authority operates buses that connect the airport with the downtown bus depot located on Route 11. From Monday through Friday, the service between the airport and the downtown bus depot on Route 11 is offered every hour from 6 am to 6 pm. Taxis are available outside the terminal building. Fares start at $1.50 and can be paid in cash (exact change required).
Parking for Cars
For 30 minutes, short-term parking is $1.20 per day. Weekly rates are $140. Long-term parking costs less, at $2 per hour and $7 per day. It is also cheaper at $49 per week. The economy parking lot offers the cheapest rates. The charges start at $2 an hour and can go up to $5 per person per day or $30 per week. A free shuttle service connects the airport to the economy parking lot. It runs every five minutes.
The airport is approximately 5 km southwest of downtown Flint. Drivers coming from the outside can reach the airport via Interstate 69 exit # 131 or Interstate 75 exit # 116. Commuters arriving at the airport must board the train to Flint Amtrak station and then take the Flint Transportation Center's MTA bus to the airport.

Money and communications: ATMs and public telephones can be found within the terminal.
Luggage: There is a lost and found center at the airport inside the Police Office. There is no luggage service left. Passengers who wish to inquire about lost or damaged luggage on the flight should contact their airline directly.
Business and conference: A free business center at the airport offers power points for mobile phones (own charger required), individual workstations, and a copy machine. There are also conference rooms and meeting rooms at the airport.
Shopping: Although there is no duty-free shop at Bishop International Airport, other shops sell gifts, reading material, and perfumes.
Food and Drink: Most of the food and beverage outlets are located in the departures section. A few restaurants have large-screen TVs. Samuel Adam's Toasts Flints Bar and Gateway Grill are firm favorites.
Additional facilities: There are facilities for disabled people and shoeshine service. Skycaps are also available for a nominal fee.
