You must provide original personal and billing data when completing a booking with us. Flight dates, origin and destination airports, and other personal information must be accurate while making flight reservations on our website. We always provide exclusive airfares for our customers.
However, it depends on availability when you request it. Baggage policy ranges from airline to airline. You will have to pay extra if it is demanded by the airlines, you are booking a reservation with. We advise you to read the baggage policy of those airlines before making any flight reservations.
You must pay the full amount when you complete the flight booking. No partial payment is allowed to make a reservation. Airfare, taxes, and all other charges that may be required as per the airlines and government rules are to be paid at the same time.
We provide both refundable and non-refundable tickets for all flights on our website. Refundable flights are canceled and will be considered eligible for refunds per the airline’s policies. However, some airlines offer refunds for non-refundable flights as well. You can get refunds against any cancelation process. You can also use the credit amount for future travel with the same airline within the valid issued date. For additional information or assistance, you must contact the specific airline.
To obtain a refund on the flight tickets eligible for the cancellation process is allowed. You must send the cancellation request to our customer service department before the scheduled flight departure. However, we do not provide any assurance of booking cancellation and refund. It all depends on the airlines whether they accept cancellations and give refunds against the cancellation process. You must file a flight cancelation request within 24 hours of booking to get a refund in most cases.
Please note that we are not responsible for any tickets & flight changes which are not in our control. It all depends on the airline's rules and their cancellation policies. All requests for cancellation and refunds will be processed following the airline's current policies. Since the refund of fares is not in our control, the airline takes extra time to settle your refund request. We will not guarantee you any exact timeline for the refund or settlement. No judge or jury is required in the mediation. The court review of mediation awards is also restricted. However, damages and relief can be awarded by a mediator like that of a court and according to these Terms & Conditions. In such cases, the Canadian Transportation Agency (CTA) will mediate under its own rules, including the CTA Consumer Rules. The passenger has the choice to get the mediation process completed over the phone. It will be based on prior written submissions or even in person within the state location you are residing or at another mutually agreed location. You may confirm the mediation decision with any court holding competent jurisdiction.
